3. Rental Rates and Payments

Rental rates are based on the equipment rented and the duration of the rental period. Payment terms are specified in the rental agreement. Generally, payment is due in full at the time of delivery or pickup unless credit terms have been previously arranged.

Late payments may result in additional fees. Rental periods begin on the date of delivery or pickup and end on the date of return or retrieval.

4. Equipment Use and Care

Rented equipment must only be used in accordance with its intended purpose and manufacturer's guidelines. The customer is responsible for ensuring the equipment is used safely and appropriately.

Customers are responsible for the security of rented equipment during the rental period. Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment must be reported immediately.

5. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup services are available within our service area. Delivery and pickup fees may apply and are based on location and equipment rented.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the site is accessible and suitable for equipment installation. Additional fees may apply if our crew is unable to access the site or if additional preparations are required.

6. Damage and Insurance

Customers are responsible for all damage to rented equipment beyond normal wear and tear. We recommend that customers have appropriate insurance coverage for rented equipment.

In the event of damage, the customer will be charged for repairs or replacement as necessary. The cost will be based on current market rates for repair or replacement.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made with adequate notice as specified in the rental agreement. Late cancellations may result in fees or charges.

8. Website Usage

Our website is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranty. In connection with your use of our website, you agree not to:
